Huge fan...and I live down the street from Carmichael's where they're giving out cards. The book was on my Christmas list...but fuck waiting. Ordered just now and can't wait to dive in.

Are we supposed to have gotten our card by now? I preordered the book (and got it yesterday), and previously submitted the info for the card but haven’t gotten any update since then.

I would guess it'll get there soon. The publisher sent them out around the same time the books went out.

The book arrived today. Just read the intro. I'm taking a break between my grad school classes so I've got time to read this work of genius. I didn't get a card, but I'm going to use my Reggie Miller Dream Team card as a bookmark.
